About Monica Phillips

Monica has been in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry since 1985.

Always the problem solver, she enjoys working with First Time Home Buyers and Military Families.

Monica is a wife of a Retired Senior Chief and works passionately for Military Families coming in from out of the area as she has done this herself many times.

She is active in the community as a member of the local Navy League Pacific Northwest, Navy Wives Club of America #46, Chambers, Networking Groups and Hospital Guilds.

She also teaches the Home Buyers Classes monthly in the local areas.
